21. HOW TO CHANGE THE IRONING TEMPERATURE: STEAM HEATING<br />
The steam heated ironer has no temperature control system active. The temperature is given by the steam<br />
flow coming in the ironer. The temperature <strong>di</strong>splay is the roller surface temperature. The temperature control<br />
can be made only operating on the steam flow, so opening or closing the inlet hose. While you are operating<br />
on the steam hose, check the temperature changing on <strong>di</strong>splay. Once the wished temperature has been<br />
reached, stop the hose opening.<br />
22. HOW TO CHANGE THE IRONING SPEED.<br />
In order to change the ironing speed, while the machine is working, press at the same time on the keys “+”<br />
<strong>and</strong> “-“ correspon<strong>di</strong>ng on “SPEED”.<br />
The set point speed is <strong>di</strong>splayed. While this value is <strong>di</strong>splayed, press “+” <strong>and</strong> “-“ to increase or decrease the<br />
set point speed.<br />
The new set value, will be automatically saved. Please note: the speed on <strong>di</strong>splay is expressed in mt/minute<br />
from 1 to 9.<br />
23. HOW TO USE THE “COOLING”: MACHINE WITHOUT FOLDING SYSTEM<br />
The “cooling” function allows to optimize <strong>and</strong> save the thermal energy stored on the machine. This function<br />
can be <strong>use</strong>d at the end of the shift, or when the ironing work need to be interrupt. To activate/deactivate this<br />
function press “COOLING” on the key board. When this function is selected, the correspondent led is on.<br />
The same led is off when the function is deactivate.<br />
When this function is on the thermoregulation is interrupted. The roller turn until the temperature go under<br />
the 80°C. Once this temperature has been reached the machine stop <strong>and</strong> stay in st<strong>and</strong>-by mode.<br />
In case of steam heated ironer, the selection of this function do not start the cooling. The heating<br />
interruption can be done only closing the steam supply gate.<br />
24. RESET KEY ON THE KEYPAD<br />
In case of gas heated ironer, a reset key is present on the keypad. This key can be <strong>use</strong>d to restore the<br />
eventual blocks on the flame control device. In case the ignition plug do not burn the gas, the led near the<br />
RESET key light on to signal the block.<br />
To start again the machine press “RESET”. The ignition system will tray again to burn the gas. If the ignition<br />
is hard <strong>and</strong> the “RESET” key needs to be pressed more times, please contact the installer <strong>and</strong> check the gas<br />
supply system.<br />
