HP recently presented the new HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200<br />
printer and the Processing Station with Fast Cooling.<br />
This solution, thanks to its innovative MultiJet Fusion<br />
technology, reinvents rapid prototyping and the<br />
production of finished parts.<br />
During the last edition of MECSPE, HP introduced to<br />
the public its new HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 printer<br />
and its Processing Station with Fast Cooling. This solution,<br />
thanks to its innovative MultiJet Fusion technology,<br />
reinvents rapid prototyping and the production of finished<br />
parts. Its revolutionary 3D printing process, allowing a<br />
more rapid production with respect to previous technologies,<br />
along with the use of an Open Platform for materials<br />
and dedicated software, cut down printing costs by<br />
half, encouraging companies to enter Industry 4.0 in an<br />
increasingly competitive way. “HP developed an extremely<br />
fast technology, which almost competes with traditional<br />
injection printing”, Davide Ferrulli, Enterprise Sales<br />
Manager 3D Printing, HP Italy, explains. “While in the<br />
past the use in production of Additive Manufacturing only<br />
concerned small numbers, now with this technology producing<br />
a few thousand units becomes feasible”. The new<br />
HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 printer has a net construction volume<br />
of 380 by 284 by 350 mm. “An important feature of<br />
the HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 printer is the possibility of reducing<br />
the printing cycle making it at least 10 times faster<br />
than current 3D printing technologies”, Ferrulli remarks.<br />

During MECSPE, HP also announced its partnership with<br />
Selltek, Nuovamacut and 3DZ which, having passed all the<br />
certification and requisite control processes necessary for<br />
HP 3D Print Services, became HP’s first authorized partners<br />
for sales of their 3D printing solutions on the Italian<br />
territory. Selltek has been operating since 1999 in the Additive<br />
Manufacturing sector as a rapid prototyping service<br />
and today it is a leading company in sales of professional<br />
3D printing technology. Nuovamacut offers CAD, CAM and<br />
PLM solutions for the management of product design and<br />
development, configuration, simulation, testing and manufacturing:<br />
as the first SolidWorks service, training and<br />
consulting centre in Italy, it is one of the first ten global<br />
partners of Dassault Systèmes.<br />
3DZ is a company which focuses completely on 3D printing<br />
and solutions for the industry, with a strong presence on<br />
the Italian mainland with seven offices spread out in significant<br />
strategic points within the Country.<br />
