TELERILEVAMENTO REPORT Obiettivi del Corso per Allievi Vigili del Fuoco: Interpretare ed utilizzare correttamente una carta topografica; utilizzare correttamente gli strumenti di carteggio GPS, bussola, altimetro; muoversi in ambienti impervi o sconosciuti in e con sicurezza; applicare il sistema ICS negli scenari operativi; saper utilizzare i programmi informatici cartografici GIS; sapere il quadro legislativo riferito al soccorso tecnico urgente. come ad esempio la ricerca a persona dispersa, mettendo in campo quelle conoscenze che permettono ad ogni operatore di entrare in un bosco, svolgere in team la propria attività in un determinata zona assegnata e di rientrare all’unità di comando avanzato, certificando il lavoro svolto. Un modo di operare che rende l’operatore consapevole della sua posizione attimo dopo attimo e che al tempo stesso consente di lasciare traccia dell’attività svolta riferita ad una base cartografica di riferimento per mezzo di coordinate. Perché tutto funzioni bene è necessario parlare la stessa lingua ovvero quella delle coordinate geografiche, questo rende il T.A.S. una delle materie base per il Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco a supporto dell’attività delle discipline interne quali l’attività di soccorso con tecniche di derivazione Speleo Alpino Fluviale e Unità Cinofile per “ricerca persona dispersa”, Emergenze Post Sisma per la realizzazione di mappe tematiche fondamentali per la pianificazione e la verifica dell’attività svolta. (Applied Topography to Rescue Service) supports the activities of the National Fire Brigade with the use of advanced geographical information referring to the emergency scenario and, in particular, to the scenarios that require the intervention of the National System of civil protection. The training focuses on the knowledge of the concept of coordinates which then allows to deal with the use of topographic maps and subsequently that of the GNSS system. A theoreticalpractical course structured on interventional reality and aimed at making the learner understand the importance of this knowledge for technical rescue and for the safety of the operator himself.
