De Stichting One Minute is een
non-profit organisatie die het
maken en vertonen van audiovisueel
materiaal van exact één
minuut stimuleert. De stichting
bereikt dat via televisie programma’s,
tentoonstellingen,
presentaties in deelnemende
landen, festivals, dvd-uitgifte,
lezingen, workshops, internet
TV, websites en projecten op
mobiele telefoons. In de tentoonstelling
worden vier One
Minutes getoond, van Dorota
Buczkowska, Evelien Krijl,
Anssi Pulkkinen, en Alexandra
Rouppe van de Voort & Teun

One Minute foundation is a non-profit
organization stimulating the making and
showing of audio-visual works that last
exactly one minute. The One Minute
foundation realizes television programmes,
exhibitions and presentations in
participating countries, award festivals, DVD
releases, lectures, workshops, Internet, TV,
websites and projects for mobile phones. In
the exhibition, four One Minute Movies are
shown by, Dorota Buczkowska, Evelien Krijl,
Anssi Pulkkinen, and Alexandra Rouppe
van de Voort & Teun Karelse.

Studio Makkink & Bey is in 2001 opgericht door Rianne Makkink (1964)
en Jurgen Bey (1965). Stedenbouw, architectuur, landschapsarchitectuur
zijn volgens hen onlosmakelijk verbonden met productvormgeving. De
gloeilamp heeft de architectuur beïnvloed, het gebouwde huis het interieur,
en een wolkenkrabber had nooit kunnen bestaan zonder lift. Ook in de
Kokon-producten is deze beïnvloeding van toepassingen te zien: niet
alleen gebruiksvoorwerpen als tafels en stoelen zijn verpakt in een strak
gespannen huid van pvc, maar ook het decor van de catwalk van Jean Paul
Gaultier en de lambrisering in het Centraal Museum Utrecht.
Studio Makkink & Bey was founded by Rianne Makkink (1964) and
Jurgen Bey (1965) in 2001. According to Makkink and Bey,
urban development, architecture, and landscape architecture are
inextricably linked to product design. The light bulb has influenced
architecture, the house itself the interior, a skyscraper could never
have existed without lifts. In the Cocoon products too, the influence
of applications is visible: not only are appliances such as tables and
chairs packed in a tight skin of PVC, the catwalk designed for Jean
Paul Gaultier and the panelling of Centraal Museum Utrecht are too.
