Legemiddelgruppen omfatter bl.a. antitrombotiske
midler (forebygge blodpropp) og
midler mot anemi. Totalt salg i ATC gruppe B
i kroner (AUP) var på vel 1 milliard i 2007.
Salg av acetylsalisylsyre (B01AC06), brukt for
å forebygge blodpropp, har økt gradvis over
lang tid. Tall fra Reseptregisteret viser at
345 000 personer fikk forebyggende
behandling med acetylsalisylsyre i 2007.
Salget av klopidogrel (B01AC04) og warfarin
(B01AA03) var relativt stabilt i 2007.
Acetylsalisylsyre utgjør en andel på nærmere
80 % av det total salg i DDD i ATC gruppe
B01, men bare 25 % av kostnadene i
gruppen.
ATC gruppe B
This group comprises antithrombotic agents
and antianemic preparations etc. Total sale in
ATC group B was NOK 1 billion (AUP) in
2007.
The sales of acetylsalicylic acid, used to
prevent thrombosis, have been gradually
increasing over time. Data from the
Norwegian Prescription Database (NorPD)
indicate that in 2007 345 000 individuals
received treatment with acetylsalicylic acid in
Norway. The sales of other oral
antithrombotics such as clopidogrel
(B01AC04) and warfarin (B01AA03) were
relatively stable. Acetylsalicylic acid
constitutes nearly 80 % of the total sales in
ATC group B01 measured in DDDs, but only
25 % of the costs.
