Be sure that the switch is releasedwhen plugging in.13 Stay alertWatch what you are doing. Use common sense.Do not operate the tool when you are tired.14 Disconnect toolShut off power and wait for the tool to come to acomplete standstill before leaving it unatten<strong>de</strong>d.Unplug the tool when not in use, before servicingor changing accessories.15 Remove adjusting keys and wrenchesAlways check that adjusting keys and wrenches areremoved from the tool before operating the tool.16 Use appropriate toolThe inten<strong>de</strong>d use is <strong>de</strong>scribed in this instructionmanual. Keep the cord awayfrom heat, oil and sharp edges.18 Maintain tools with careKeep the tools in good condition and clean forbetter and safer performance. Follow theinstructions for maintenance and changingaccessories. Inspect the tool cords at regularintervals and, if damaged, have them repaired byan Elu authorized repair agent. Inspect theextension cords periodically and replace them ifdamaged. Keep all controls dry, clean and freefrom oil and grease.19 Check for damaged partsBefore using the tool, carefully check it fordamage to ensure that it will operate properlyand perform its inten<strong>de</strong>d function.Check for misalignment and seizure of movingparts, breakage of parts and any other conditionsthat may affect its operation. Have damagedguards or other <strong>de</strong>fective parts repaired orreplaced as instructed. Do not use the tool if theswitch is <strong>de</strong>fective.
