Grapes: 20% Vinhas Velhas ( with a predominance of Gouveio,
Esgana Cão, Malvasia Fina, Donzelinho and Samarrinho), 20%
Rabigato, 20% Viosinho, 20% Codega and 20% Verdelho.
Vinification: The grapes are selected upon its arrival at the winery.
After being destemmed and crushed, the grapes are gently
pressed in open chute, allowing the aromas to stand out. The wine
is moved to stainless steel vats where it undergoes a decanting
process for 36 hours. After this period, the wine is transferred to a
fermentation vat, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a
controlled temperature of 16º C for 23 days.

<0,6 g/l | pH: 3,4
Aroma: It has an exuberant nose with a fresh profile, along with
elegante white fruit and balanced with a minerality notes,
giving it great complexity.
Flavour: It is both deep and vibrant, as well as complex,
characteristics conferred by the high acidity borne of the
altitude of the vineyard which gives support to the body and
volume of mouth.
Temperature: Stored in a cool place and protected from sunlight.
Serve at a temperature of 10 to 12º C.

Grapes: 80% old vines . 10% Touriga Nacional and 10% Sousão
( with predominance of Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão, Touriga
Franca, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz).
Vinification: The grapes are carefully selected upon arriving at
the winery, then proceed to be destemmed and lightly crushed
before entering an open stone tank. Maceration is performed
through traditional pigéage ( grape-treading), as dictated by
Douro tradition. Temperature is controlled throughout the
alcoholic fermentation process staying at a constant 24ºC,
allowing for the extraction of elegante aromas.

<0,6 g/l | pH: 3,5
Temperature: Stored in a cool place and protectd from sunlight.
Serve at a temperature of 14 to 16º C.
Pairings: pairs well with intense flavours- meats, pasta and cheese.
