(fibra secundária, aparas, OCC, etc.), modulando a
proporção do mix de micropartículas.
DIFERENCIAIS DO NOVO MIX DE
MICROPARTÍCULAS ADSORVENTES
• Estrutura lamelar distinta dos adsorventes convencionais
(filossilicatos);
• Excelente para remoção de lixo aniônico que
afeta o tratamento;
• Maior aptidão por stickies e modulável pela
proporção no mix;
• Potencializa tanto a fixação como a detackficação;
adsorventes, maximizando a exposição
loped technology brings to the market a “mix” of 3rd
generation adsorbents involving innovative synthetic
microparticles for the control of pitch and stickies.
This mix allows differentiated synergistic action with
fixing polymers through in situ organophilization with
the flexibility to treat paper recipes with the predominance
of pitch (virgin fiber) or stickies (secondary fiber,
shavings, OCC, etc.), by modulating the proportions
in the microparticle mix.
DIFFERENTIALS OF THE NEW “MIX” OF
ADSORPTIVE MICROPARTICLES
• Distinct lamellar structure of conventional adsorbents
(phyllosilicates);
• Excellent for removal of “anionic garbage” that
affects treatment;
• Higher absorption aptitude to stickies and modulated
by proportion in the “mix”;
• Enhances both fixation and “detackfication”;
• It features unique organophilic properties.
In creating the AAP, the application system had to
be revised. Thermodynamic equipment called a mixer
was developed to promote homogenization and friction
between the slurries of adsorbent microparticles,
maximizing the active sites’ exposure. The following
graph illustrates the “value” of all these integrated
innovations for a paper packaging customer, evidencing
the removal of contaminants by the difference
in microscopic counts between the inbox and white
water.
