Desafios não faltaram no primeiro ano pós-pandemia. Muitas incertezas
e inseguranças fizeram parte do caminho percorrido durante 2022 e o setor
florestal saiu maior, mais forte e verdadeiro exemplo de trabalho, dedicação
e união para superar qualquer adversidade. Toda essa força é composta pelas
pessoas que se dedicam por um segmento melhor. O momento é de celebrar
essas conquistas, pois o trabalho para atingí-las foi grande, mas também
de analisar e dar os toques finais nos planos para 2023, que está às portas.
Nessa edição o Leitor confere o trabalho que a Bayer tem feito para o fortalecimento
das mulheres que fazem parte da empresa, a cobertura completa do
Prêmio REFERÊNCIA 2022, as informações sobre as florestas paranaenses,

Challenges were not lacking in the first-year post-pandemic. Many uncertainties
and insecurities were part of the path taken in 2022. Nevertheless,
the Forest-based Sector became better, stronger, and a true example of work,
dedication, and unity to overcome all adversities. All these strengths resulted
from people who dedicated themselves to a better segment. The time is to
celebrate these achievements because the work to achieve them was boundless,
but also to analyze and put the final touches on plans for 2023, which
is knocking at the door. In this issue, the reader can confer the work Bayer
has carried out to strengthen the women who are part of the Company, the
full coverage of the Reference Award 2022, information about the forests of
Paraná, the record set by the Brazilian Forest-based Sector in 2021, and an
