VIOLÊNCIA INENARRÁVEL: movimentos digitais, luto, luta e testemunho. Orientadora:

The research presented here intends to analyze an extensive heterogeneous material in order to
understand the discursive functioning of the Metoo Movement and to determine whether or not
it can be defined as a discursive event (PÊCHEUX, 2008). To this end, we focus on the
theoretical framework of Discourse Analysis of the French line, especially on Michel Pêcheux's
concepts. Despite being founded in 2006 by black activist Tarana Burke, the Metoo Movement
takes on new shapes with Alyssa Milano's summoning tweet in 2017, following allegations of
abuse and sexual harassment against Hollywood tycoon Harvey Weinstein. Using an extensive
archive created throughout the research, we seek to understand how digital modifies the
constitution, formation and circulation of the hashtag #metoo and how this modification
provides new enunciative rituals and enunciation places (ZOPPI-FONTANA, 2002). Thus, we
will also use the concepts of metallic memory (ORLANDI, 2007a) and digital memory (DIAS,
2016). The objective is to contribute to the discussion of digital discourse in Discourse Analysis,
through notes on the discursive functioning of the hashtag. This work was carried out with the
support of the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - Brazil (CAPES)
