Art. 2 – Functiunea dominanta:<br />

Constructii si inst<strong>al</strong>atii necesare bunei gospodarii a loc<strong>al</strong>itatii.<br />

– stationarea autovehiculelor ( parcaje );<br />

– echipare tehnico-edilitara si constructii aferente;<br />

– constructii si inst<strong>al</strong>atii necesare activitatilor complementare functiunii dominante.<br />

Se admite extinderea, mansardarea sau supraetajarea cladirilor existente, cu<br />

respectarea conditiilor de amplasare, echipare si configurare precum si a posibilitatilor maxime
