Stimularea creativităţii elevilor la lecţiile<strong>de</strong> Educaţie tehnologicăTamara AMOAŞII,profesoară <strong>de</strong> Educaţia tehnologică, grad didactic 1,Liceul Teoretic ,,Mihai Eminescu”,Bălţi, Republica Moldova.,, Natura dă talent, dar omul trebuiesă-l lucreze, să-l scoată în evi<strong>de</strong>nţă,prin voinţă, perseverenţă, curaj.”Honore <strong>de</strong> BalzacAbstract: In or<strong>de</strong>r to face the <strong>de</strong>mands of the future, pupils should think and actcreatively, they should be ingenious and should prove to have imagination. One of themain priorities of school is to educate a creative personality, capable to anticipate thefuture, to discover and to solve the problems together. The <strong>de</strong>velopment of the creativecapacities of pupils is tightly connected with the care to respect the i<strong>de</strong>as, to givefreedom to their initiatives and to implant in their conscious the trust in their ownforces and to respect their thoughts. Along with the education of the creativity, suchfactors as: methods of teaching, relations as teacher – pupils, the attitu<strong>de</strong> of the adulttowards pupils and the atmosphere which the teacher creates during the lesson arevery important.Success <strong>de</strong>pends on the level of the pupils’ motivation which can be realizedthrough the captivation of the pupils’ interests and through the awakening of theircuriosity. One of the ways to capture pupils’ attention is the diversity of the contentand of the forms of activity. Everything that it is taught should be dominated by apleasant variety.Termeni –cheie: potenţial creator, <strong>de</strong>zvoltarea creativităţii, imaginaţie,motivaţie, voinţă, perseverenţă.Epoca în care trăim este marcată profund <strong>de</strong> progresul ştiinţei, tehnicii şiartei. Societatea are nevoie <strong>de</strong> oameni capabili să se adapteze la situaţii mereunoi, să rezolve numeroase probleme sociale şi profesionale, să găsească soluţiivariate, ingenioase, originale. Formarea unei personalităţi creative, capabilăsă anticipeze viitorul, să <strong>de</strong>scopere şi să rezolve situaţiile împreună cu ceilalţireprezintă una din principalele priorităţi ale şcolii [1,2,3].În acest context, fiecare profesor trebuie să-şi propună drept scop<strong>de</strong>zvoltarea creativităţii elevilor prin organizarea unui proces <strong>de</strong> învăţaremo<strong>de</strong>rn, care să-l ajute pe elev să prezinte cunoştinţele într-o formă personală,să gân<strong>de</strong>ască şi să acţioneze creativ.În sens larg, creativitatea este un concept care se referă la potenţialulcreator <strong>de</strong> care dispune o persoană pentru a <strong>de</strong>sfăşura o activitate creatoare.68
