How did the economic, financial<br />
and politic dilemmas affect the<br />
sector and your company? Did you<br />
realize your targets set for 2016?<br />
What kinds of targets have you set<br />
for the current year? What do you<br />
offer in general?<br />
As an exporter company, of<br />
course we do not get affected<br />
from the instability of the economy<br />
and exchange rates. However,<br />
the psychology in the local<br />
market is not that good and this<br />
definitely makes us sad, but still<br />
we see people are optimistic for<br />
the near future, it was not very<br />
easy what we have passed last<br />
year, considering all these we<br />
can even say it is better than it<br />
should be. As Elektroteks we are<br />
above our target, and investing<br />
quiet significantly for the business<br />
by having new machines,<br />
employing more people, establishing<br />
new departments and<br />
increasing the budget percentage<br />
for the new projects. We<br />
increased our machining department<br />
capacity by around 50%<br />
this year and waiting for our new<br />
machines to be installed within a<br />
few months.<br />
