Especially in Turkey, unfortunately, we see a price-oriented approach instead of<br />
quality. This, in turn, can make Turkish machinery manufacturers uncompetitive in<br />
terms of quality in the domestic market.<br />
Like many companies specialized in their fields, we regret that we cannot offer this quality<br />
in our own country. For this reason, as machinery manufacturers, we are focusing more on<br />
increasing our potential abroad.<br />
You have been in business for 40 years, can you give us information about the products you<br />
manufacture and their uses in the industry?<br />
The areas of use of plastic blow molding machines are increasing day by day. Not only<br />
drums and packaging; today, Plastic Blow Molding Machines are used in many sectors<br />
from automotive to white goods, from toys to defense industry. Although the same process<br />
is used as the process, each machine has different features and the machines are<br />
designed specifically for the manufacturer and the product. This means that every machine<br />
is an R&D for us.<br />
What kind of work are you doing to produce energy efficient machines?<br />
Especially with the torque motors we use to drive the extruder, we both increase efficiency and<br />
reduce energy consumption by 30%. With our hybrid and full electric machines, we emphasize<br />
energy efficiency and production efficiency.<br />
Where are your production facilities located? Can you give us information about your<br />
facilities, your employment profile and the quality certificates you hold?<br />
Our company is located in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. We also have an office for sales and after<br />
sales support in Russia and Poland.<br />
