büyük pazarlarımızda yne aktf olarak projeler ürettk. 2024 yılında artık tamamen elektrkl ve<br />
çok katmanlı makne üretmlerne ağırlık vererek bu tarz taleplern olduğu pazarlara ağırlık vermek<br />
styoruz.<br />
Servs ve yedek parça konusunda müşterlernze nasıl destek sağlıyorsunuz?<br />
Standart olarak her maknemz çn 10 sene parça bulundurma garants veryoruz. Şşrme maknelernde<br />
servs çok öneml br kavram olduğu çn bz de servs konusuna br hayl önem veryoruz.<br />
Maknelermzn durmaması ve sürekl olarak çalışması bzler çn çok öneml. Bu sebeple,<br />
servs ekbmz 2021 senesnden sonra büyüttük. Ayrıca uzaktan destek vererek Demak maknelernn<br />
dünyanın neresnde olursa olsun 24 saatten fazla durmayacak şeklde çalışmalarını<br />
sağlıyoruz.<br />

in Europe, we produce many<br />
things in-house when we manufacture<br />
our machines. We produce and<br />
collect hydraulic tanks, blocks and electrical<br />
panels in-house. This makes us more<br />
free in production.<br />
What are your current activities in product<br />
development? Are you a follower of<br />
technological developments?<br />
As I said before, every machine means<br />
R&D for us. While designing our machines,<br />
we cooperate with leading companies<br />
in the sector and act with our<br />
understanding of innovation in terms of<br />
technology every day.<br />
How was the 2023 for you? Could you<br />
tell us about your new investment plans,<br />
products or projects for 2024?<br />
In 2023, as in the previous year, we broke<br />
our own record in exports. We again actively<br />
produced projects in our major markets<br />
such as Russia and Africa.<br />
In 2024, we want to focus on full electric<br />
and multilayer machine production and<br />
concentrate on markets with such demands.<br />
How do you support your customers in<br />
terms of service and spare parts?<br />
As a standard, we guarantee 10 years of<br />
parts availability for each machine. Since<br />
service is a very important concept in blow<br />
molding machines, we attach great importance<br />
to service. It is very important for us<br />
that our machines do not stop and work<br />
continuously.<br />
For this reason, we have expanded our<br />
service team after 2021. We also provide<br />
remote support to ensure that Demak machines<br />
work wherever they are in the world<br />
without stopping for more than 24 hours.<br />
