a great progress, we can observe multifunctional development mainly in rural communities
located around cities and along important communication routes.
Because capital is more willingly invested in urbanized areas, rural communities should
more and more count on enterprise of their own citizens and better usage of their own potential.
Numerous examples of communities, which in spite of difficulties are doing well,
prove that local development is more and more important and is worth support, handing
over to communities more and more duties, but also money, which will be used reasonably
by local authorities who know best the most urgent needs.
