В <strong>с</strong>татье пред<strong>с</strong>тавлен результат анализа <strong>с</strong>ведений отчетных форм №16-ВН «Сведения о причинах временной<br />
нетрудо<strong>с</strong>по<strong>с</strong>обно<strong>с</strong>ти» за 2012-2016 гг. Опи<strong>с</strong>аны о<strong>с</strong>обенно<strong>с</strong>ти заболеваемо<strong>с</strong>ти <strong>с</strong> временной утратой трудо<strong>с</strong>по<strong>с</strong>обно<strong>с</strong>ти<br />
на<strong>с</strong>еления, находящего<strong>с</strong>я в зоне об<strong>с</strong>луживания Диагно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кого центра №3 Мо<strong>с</strong>квы. У<strong>с</strong>тановлено, что в<br />
<strong>с</strong>труктуре заболеваемо<strong>с</strong>ти <strong>с</strong> временной утратой трудо<strong>с</strong>по<strong>с</strong>обно<strong>с</strong>ти лидирующее ме<strong>с</strong>то занимают травмы, отравления<br />
и некоторые другие по<strong>с</strong>лед<strong>с</strong>твия воздей<strong>с</strong>твия внешних причин, и болезни органов дыхания. К концу ра<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>матриваемого<br />
периода удельный ве<strong>с</strong> болезней органов дыхания возра<strong>с</strong>тает, преимуще<strong>с</strong>твенно за <strong>с</strong>чет о<strong>с</strong>трых<br />
ре<strong>с</strong>пираторных виру<strong>с</strong>ных инфекций, а также увеличивает<strong>с</strong>я доля болезней ко<strong>с</strong>тно-мышечной и <strong>с</strong>оединительной<br />
ткани. В <strong>с</strong>труктуре заболеваемо<strong>с</strong>ти болезней <strong>с</strong>и<strong>с</strong>темы кровообращения в 2016 году увеличила<strong>с</strong>ь доля <strong>с</strong>лучаев временной<br />
нетрудо<strong>с</strong>по<strong>с</strong>обно<strong>с</strong>ти женщин трудо<strong>с</strong>по<strong>с</strong>обного возра<strong>с</strong>та, и <strong>с</strong>тала равна аналогичному показателю у мужчин<br />
той же возра<strong>с</strong>тной группы.<br />

Peculiarities of morbidity<br />
with temporary disability in Moscow<br />

The article presents the result of the analysis of reports (16-VN) «Information on the causes of temporary disability»<br />
for 2012-2016. Features of the diseases with temporary disability of the population in the service area of Diagnostic Center<br />
№3 in Moscow are described. It is found that a leading place in the structure of incidence with temporary disability is occupied<br />
by traumas, poisoning and some other consequences of external causes, and respiratory diseases. By the end of the period<br />
under review, the proportion of respiratory diseases increased, mainly because of acute respiratory infections; the percentage<br />
of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue also increased. In the structure of the incidence of the cardiovascular<br />
system diseases in 2016, the proportion of temporary disability in women of working age increased. The percentage<br />
of cases of temporary disability caused by the diseases of circulatory system in women increased in 2016 and equaled to that<br />
in men of the same age group.<br />

Медицин<strong>с</strong>кие организации, оказывающие первичную<br />
медико-<strong>с</strong>анитарную помощь, пользуют<strong>с</strong>я<br />
<strong>с</strong>егодня до<strong>с</strong>таточно четкими ин<strong>с</strong>трукциями, закрепленными<br />
нормативными правовыми документами,<br />
определяющими, в том чи<strong>с</strong>ле, порядок проведения<br />
профилактиче<strong>с</strong>ких мероприятий ― профилактиче<strong>с</strong>ких<br />
медицин<strong>с</strong>ких о<strong>с</strong>мотров, ди<strong>с</strong>пан<strong>с</strong>еризации и<br />
ди<strong>с</strong>пан<strong>с</strong>ерного наблюдения взро<strong>с</strong>лого на<strong>с</strong>еления<br />
[1-3]. Однако и<strong>с</strong>полнение четких нормативных и<br />
унифицированных предпи<strong>с</strong>аний не в<strong>с</strong>егда приводит<br />
к улучшению каче<strong>с</strong>тва медицин<strong>с</strong>кой помощи<br />
на уровне конкретной медицин<strong>с</strong>кой организации,<br />
