The UAE opportunities to develop
the yachts sectors
The prosperous yacht manufacturing
industry indicates an affluent economy in
any country; however people will not be
able to attain luxurious items unless they
have fulfilled the basic life needs.
Thankfully, the UAE is considered as
one of the main countries in the region
mastering the boats and yachts industry,
but the area is still large for innovation
and development. The sector does not
lack manufacturing companies as the UAE
contains some of the best yacht manufacturers
that export their products globally.
Moreover, many international yacht
manufacturing companies have chosen
the UAE that is rich in skills and expertise
to open branches and expand their business
scope.
However, the sector needs to meet the
requirements of the yacht owner after
sale, mainly suitable berths to retain their
boats and yachts at affordable prices,
especially the luxurious ones. On the other
note, maintenance facilities with large
cranes that are capable of handling large
and luxurious yachts needs to be developed
as well.
We hope that the real estate companies
currently developing waterfront projects
will fulfill the needs in the industry.
We also hope that yacht and national boat
companies will participate in planning and
studying these projects in order to ensure
that we have an integrated global yacht
industry and to be the best maritime destination.
اإلمارات وفرص تطوير
قطاع اليخوت والمرافئ
تعتبر صناعة اليخوت وازدهارها من عالمات
االزدهار القتصاد الدولة،‏ ولكن قدرة الناس على
اقتناء السلع الفاخرة ال يكون إال بعد االكتفاء من
االحتياجات األساسية ووجود فائض يف الدخل.‏
وبحمد هللا فإن الدولة تعتبر من المحطات
اإلقليمية الهامة يف مجال صناعة قوارب النزهة
واليخوت،‏ ولكن المساحة التزال واسعة للتطوير
والتنمية.‏
وال يشكو القطاع نقصاً‏ يف شركات التصنيع،‏ إذ
تضم اإلمارات مجموعة من أفضل شركات صناعة
اليخوت التي تصدر منتجاتها إىل كافة دول العالم،‏
كما أن العديد من المصانع العالمية فتحت فروعاً‏
لها يف الدولة الغنية بالكفاءات والخبرات.‏
لكن ما يحتاج له القطاع هو تلبية المتطلبات
التي يحتاجها صاحب اليخت ما بعد البيع،‏ وأهمها
المراسي المالئمة للقوارب واليخوت وبأسعار
مجدية،‏ خاصة اليخوت الفاخرة.‏ من ناحية ثانية
فإن مرافق الصيانة المزودة برافعات ضخمة قادرة
على التعامل مع اليخوت الكبيرة والفاخرة تحتاج
أيضاً‏ إىل تطوير.‏
ونحن نعقد األمل على مشروعات الواجهات
البحرية الجديدة التي تطورها الشركات العقارية
القيادية لتلبي النقص يف هذه الصناعة،‏ ونتمنى
أن تشارك مصانع اليخوت وشركات القوارب
الوطنية يف التخطيط والدراسة لتلك المشروعات
من أجل ضمان امتالك صناعة يخوت عالمية
متكاملة ولنكون أفضل وجهة بحرية.‏
