العالمي على النفط يف العام القادم للشهر<br />
الثالث على التوايل، بسبب ما قالت إنها<br />
رياح معاكسة تواجه االقتصاد عموماً، وكبار<br />
المستهلكين على األخص، بفعل النزاعات<br />
التجارية وتقلبات األسواق الناشئة. وقالت<br />
منظمة البلدان المصدرة للبترول يف تقريرها<br />
الشهري إن الطلب العالمي على النفط<br />
سيزيد 1.36 مليون برميل يومياً العام القادم<br />
بانخفاض 50 ألف برميل يومياً عن تقديرها<br />
السابق. وقلصت المنظمة أيضاً تقديرها<br />
للطلب على خامها يف 2019 بواقع <strong>30</strong>0<br />
ألف برميل يومياً عن الشهر السابق إىل 31.8<br />
مليون برميل يومياً وهو ما يقل بدوره 900<br />
ألف برميل يومياً عن توقع 2018.<br />

demand growth in 2019<br />
OPEC cut its forecast of global demand growth for oil next year for a third<br />
straight month on Thursday, citing headwinds facing the broader economy,<br />
and key consuming countries in particular, from trade disputes and volatile<br />
emerging markets. In its monthly report, the Organization of the Petroleum<br />
Exporting Countries said world oil demand would increase by 1.36 million<br />
barrels per day (bpd) next year, marking a decline of 50,000 bpd from its<br />
previous estimate. The group also cut the estimate for demand in 2019 for<br />
its own crude by another <strong>30</strong>0,000 bpd from last month to 31.8 million bpd,<br />
which in turn marks a decline of 900,000 bpd from the projection for 2018.<br />
ExxonMobil confirms specification<br />
details for its 2020 Compliant Fuels<br />
ExxonMobil has confirmed that all its International Maritime Organization<br />
(IMO) compliant, 0.50 per cent sulphur fuels developed to date are residual<br />
grades. It has also announced specification details and confirmed that the<br />
formulations are all compatible with each other, provided that bunkering,<br />
storage and handling best practice guidance is followed.<br />
In addition, ExxonMobil has named additional locations where its low sulphur<br />
fuel range will be available. Ports in Antwerp, Rotterdam, Genoa and<br />
Marseilles in Europe, along with Singapore, Laem Chabang in Thailand and<br />
Hong Kong, will all offer 0.50 per cent sulphur grades prior to the IMO’s 1<br />
January 2020 deadline.<br />

االمتثال لوقود 2020<br />
أ كدت شركة إ كسون موبيل امتثالها<br />
لتشريعات المنظمة البحرية الدولية فيما<br />
يتعلق بخفض الكبريت بنسبة 0.50 بالمئة،<br />
وقد تبقى القليل. كما أعلنت عن تفاصيل<br />
المواصفات وأكدت أن جميع الصيغ متوافقة<br />
مع بعضها البعض، شريطة اتباع إرشادات<br />
أفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالتزويد بالملء<br />
والتخزين والتعامل مع أفضل الممارسات.<br />
كما قامت الشركة بتحديد وتسمية مواقع<br />
أخرى سيتوافر فيها الوقود منخفض<br />
الكبريت، حيث يمكن إيجاده يف الموائن<br />
يف أنتويرب وروتردام وجنوا ومرسيليا يف<br />
أوروبا، إضافة إىل سنغافورة واليم تشابانغ<br />
يف تايالند وهونغ كونغ، قبل الموعد النهايئ<br />
يف 1 يناير 2020 والذي حددته المنظمة<br />
