It is quite clear that UV and UV-LED printing have a great<br />
potential to thrive in the Turkish market. Traditional and<br />
solvent printing methods are now being abandoned due to<br />
both environmental and human health hazards and the development<br />
of digital technologies. Pigment Reklam’s sales<br />
figures in recent years and profiles of investors show that<br />
these technologies are demanded from almost all segments.<br />
Signage manufacturers, sign makers, furniture and glass<br />
manufacturers, wood and metal print manufacturers and<br />
textile manufacturers give priority to invest in UV printing<br />
solutions.<br />
swissQprint, which’s Turkish agency is carried out since<br />
2013, is Switzerland-based and is developing engineering<br />
products with high precision. The company launched their<br />
3 rd generation UV printers at the FESPA Global <strong>2018</strong>. Providing<br />
solutions to print manufacturers with products focusing<br />
on the starting and medium level as well as industrial segments<br />
with Oryx3, Impala 3 and Nyala 3 models, swissQprint<br />
also introduced Impala 3S and Nyala 3S models for the first<br />
time this year. Largely acclaimed with their first two generations<br />
in the Turkish Market, these printers continue to claim<br />
the market with their increased productivity and optional<br />
wealth.<br />
Plamac, the new brand that Pigment Reklam has brought<br />
together this year with the Turkish printing market, has very<br />
reasonable and high quality models for flatbed and roll to<br />
roll printing demands. Developed with 15-year R&D experience,<br />
these models bring UV and UV-LED printing to a<br />
level that can be purchased in terms of price comparison.<br />
Morpho 2513 in flatbed printing, Reflion 3200 and Pegasus<br />
3200 models in roll to roll printing were first introduced to<br />
the visitors at Sign Istanbul <strong>2018</strong>. The exhibition was very<br />
successful both in terms of introduction of the products<br />
and sales negotiations. Plamac solutions, which can produce<br />
high quality and low cost printing on hard and flexible<br />
materials, are able to significantly increase the competitive<br />
advantage of Turkish print manufacturers.<br />
