Making the promotional first step …
The “Optima” magazine, organ of the UFO University Development and Scientific Research Center, sees
the light at the sixth academic year of this high education institution in Albania.
We have procrastinating the promoting of this scientific magazine, although during these years, it has
developed and it is continuously developing research and scientific activities.
Today, each faculty and each department has established the tradition to organize annual scientific
conferences, as well as our University Scientific Research Center, deriving in this way maturing and
technical and scientific preparation.
The “Optima” magazine sees the light of the publication at the time when UFO University has increased
and expanded with 7000 students, with an academic staff of 600 persons, with education, technical and
scientific training, qualified with scientific degrees and titles, with more than 150 publications and summary
of 20 scientific conferences of “Ufo Press”, experienced in international and national scientific studies and
researches.
The “Optima” magazine supports and applies the strategy and the development policies of the academic
complex activity at the teaching process and of the UFO University, scientific research, trying to respond
to all market and our democratic society demands and needs. Its general orientation is promoting the
European standards and dimensions of the high education, particularly regarding to the curriculum
development inter-institutional cooperation mobility schemes and scientific research and study programs.
The “Optima” magazine is open and welcomes the scientific researches cooperation from different private
and public high education institutions in Albania and outside. It encourages and promotes for collaboration
students of excellence with concrete data as, trends and activities in the scientific researches and studies
sector.
In its initiative the “Optima” magazine is published every 6 months with different themes and problems in
accordance with the UFO University academic structures.
ISSN registration, the magazine "OPTIME" takes dimensions, international assessments and
promotions, as a dignified publication, scientific periodical university.
With attributes that contain records ISSN, increases our responsibility and Publishing Council of the
team of the journal "OPTIME", for levels of quality standards, but once our affiliates motivated, creative
researchers from academia and research, intercollegiate and institutions activities in various fields of
science.
