Vážení hosté Grandhotelu Pupp,
věřím, že se Vám naše nové pojetí magazínu Pupp Journal
líbí. Letošní rok nás zatím překvapuje svou přízní počasí. Již
v dubnu bylo nezvykle krásně slunečno a teplo. Doufám,
že dnů jako obrázek bude nadcházející letní sezóna plná
akrásné počasí tak ještě umocní Váš pobyt v Karlových
Varech. Uvítáme všechny Vaše podněty a připomínky, jsou
pro nás velkou pomocí při neustálém vylepšování našich
služeb. I Vaší zásluhou Vám tak nabízíme špičkový servis
v jedinečném prostředí. Stále pro Vás vytváříme nové produkty,
které zpříjemňují Váš pobyt. V prostorách Parkhotelu
Pupp již plně funguje nová restaurace La Belle Epoque,

Jahr werden wir bisher von günstigem Wetter überrascht. Ungewohnt bereits
im April war es angenehm sonnig und warm. Ich wünsche mir, dass es
in der kommenden Sommersaison noch genug bildschöne Tage gibt, und das
großartige Wetter somit Ihren Aufenthalt in Karlbad krönt. Wir werden uns
über alle Ihre Anregungen und Bemerkungen freuen, denn sie sind für uns beim
ständigen verbessern der Dienstleistungen eine große Hilfe. Auch dank

I believe that you have liked the new design of our magazine Pupp Journal.
This year’s nice weather has surprised us so far. April was unusually sunny
and warm. I hope that the coming season will be full of days as nice as pictures
and that beautiful weather will make your stay in Karlovy Vary even more
pleasant. We will be grateful for all your ideas and comments – they help
us to improve our service for you. We can offer top service in a unique milieu
thanks to you, too. We are always creating new products to make your
stay better. There has already been opened the new restaurant La Belle
Époque in the Parkhotel Pupp where you can enjoy your cup of excellent
coffee Illy or choose from the wide offer of our juices.
Newly we have also prepared accommodation programmes for you – both relaxation
and adrenaline. The programmes Moet and Chandon or Let Us
Pamper You offer relaxation while the programme An Experience in the
