Allgemeines
In einem 5 ha großen Privatpark eingebettet liegt
zum einen das 1994 erbaute Hotel sowie das
1999 fertig restaurierte Herrenhaus – welches
als Tagungs- und Bankettzentrum fungiert. Eine
grüne Oase und in dieser Kombination einmalig
in Leipzig!
Lage
Sie fi nden den Breitenfelder Hof im Norden der
Stadt Leipzig, im Goldenen Dreieck zwischen
Flughafen, Messe und Altstadt – die jeweils nur
wenige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt sind.
Einfach und bequem ist das Anwesen über die
A 14, Ausfahrt Leipzig-Nord/Porsche erreichbar.
Ausstattung
Das 1856 erbaute Herrenhaus wurde liebevoll
restauriert und mit Hilfe von Trainern zum Tagungs-und
Bankettzentrum „VILLA“ entwickelt.
Hier können bis zu 120 Gäste festliche Empfänge
und Bankette geben und konzentrierte
Tagungen und Seminare durchführen. Aufgrund
der Lage im Park ist nicht nur die Ruhe herausragend,
sondern auch die Möglichkeit ausreichend
Parkplätze auf dem Privatgelände kostenfrei
zu fi nden.
Kulinarisch verwöhnt werden Sie im Villa-Restaurant,
auf der Park-Terrasse, im Biergarten, im
Frühstücksrestaurant Venezia und in der Minerva-Bar.
Oder wie wäre es mit einem rustikalen
Lagerfeuer im Park?
Zimmer
Alle 75 Zimmer sind der gehobenen Mittelklasse
entsprechend mit Telefon, TV, Pay-TV, Minibar
und Wireless LAN ausgestattet- und als Einzel-,
wie auch als Doppelzimmer buchbar.

General information
Situated in a 5 ha private park there are the hotel
built in 1994 and its manor house completely
renovated in 1999 and functioning as a conference
and banquet centre. This combination of a
green oasis and modern conference facilities is
unique in Leipzig.
Place
You will fi nd the Breitenfelder Hof in the north of
Leipzig in the so-called Golden Triangle formed
by the airport, the new fair grounds and the inner
city of Leipzig and you can reach all of them
from our house by car ride of a few minutes. Using
the Leipzig North/Porsche Works exit of the
A 14 motorway you can easily and conveniently
reach our premises.
Equipment
The in 1856 built mansion was restored affectionately,
and under support fom all kind of different
Coaches, Trainers and Instructors it became
our meeting- and banquettcenter.
Up to 120 people can use this center for meetings,
seminars, weedings and anniversaries.
Because of the location in the park it is not only
a green and quiet oasis, but there is also enough
complimentry parking.
You will get spoiled in one of our culinary locations
– the restaurant “Gustav´s”, the park terrace,
the “Minerva-Bar” or the breakfast restaurant
“Venezia”. Or how about a BBQ or a
campfi re in the park?
Rooms
All of the 75 rooms are furnished with telephone,
refridgerator, TV, Pay-TV, Wireless LAN and they
are bookable as single or double room.
