Truffes-Pralinés
Chocolates
17. Jahrhundert in Regensburg segensreich wirkte.
entfalten.
The “invention of the praline” goes back to a cook who worked beneficially
in the 17th century in Regensburg. There, he had created
a confectionary of dates and chocolate, especially for the Duke of
Choiseul, who stemmed from the house of the Counts du Plessis-Praslin.
He named this delicacy after the Duke “Praslin”, which turned
into today’s “praline” in the vernacular. coppeneur Truffes & Pralinés,
which are virtually the descendants of this delicious development,
excel through their particularly tenderly melting fillings, being of a
superbly soft and creamy consistency. They are encased by a thin
chocolate mantle or are arranged in layers and decorated by hand
in a filigree fashion. Premium fillings with and without alcohol, or
compositions of nougat made in-house from Piedmontese hazelnuts
and Marcona almonds are finely balanced and carefully processed.
Culinary aspirations and artisan precision are united into small works
of art in coppeneur Truffes & Pralinés, which develop a fascinating
richness of flavours on the tongue.
