The plug is not inserted properly.2. The fuse has been tripped.1. The hand transmitter may havebeen wrongly registered or has notbeen registered at all.2. The battery is out of power.The battery may be empty.The emergency release may havebeen triggered.There is not sufficient lubricant betweenthe rail and the chain slide after longuse.The chain is loose due to long usewithout lubricant between the rail andthe chain slide.The door system is not in good balanceand causes high peak force and startsthe protection function of the operator.Solution1. Plug the mains plug into the mainsoutlet.2. Have the cause checked by a qualifiedperson, then switch the fuseback on again.1. Register the hand transmitteragain, refer to page 54.2. Replace the batteryReplace with a new one of the samemodel.Operate the door operator until theemergency release engages againautomatically.Insert a suitable lubricant in the positionbetween the rail and the chainslide.Tension the chain as described on page40 and apply a suitable lubricant tothe chain.Cut off the power supply for at least 3minutes. then adjust the door systemand make sure it´s well balanced.60
