Do you need English for your job? Would you like to brush up your<br />
office English and feel more confident? Do you want to make those<br />
tricky telephone calls or emails knowing that you haven’t made any<br />
mistakes? If so then this could be the right course for you.<br />
This intensive course will cover the basics of telephoning and emailing.<br />
By the end of the course you will be able to make most simple<br />
calls or send basic emails in English with confidence.<br />
Participants should have a basic level of English – enough to understand<br />
instructions. Students will learn basic phrases to use in different<br />
situations and practice them through roleplaying. Various teaching<br />
materials will be used.<br />

This intensive refresher course aims at people with previous knowledge<br />
of basic Business English. In two sessions, a range of topics<br />
will be practically dealt with, starting with telephoning and making<br />
arrangements and extending to enquiries, offers, comparing options,<br />
orders, order confirmation and cancellation payment and credit enquiries,<br />
complaints and adjustments, and reminders.<br />
There will be a strong focus on listening and speaking, employing<br />
role play and presentation techniques.<br />
