PALLIATIVBETREUUNG
zur Tumorschmerztherapie seit Mitte 2017 von der
WHO als essenzielles Medikament gelistet ist [24]
und die Bundesopiumstelle kein Hindernis für diese
Indikation sieht, ist die Verordnung des Razemates
zur Schmerztherapie auch kein Off-Label-Use. Die
Indikation einer Rezeptur ergibt sich aus der Indikation
der Grundsubstanz, siehe dazu WHO. Jeder
Arzt in Deutschland und Österreich ist zur Verordnung
der Rezeptur berechtigt.
Patienten dürfen nach 14 Tagen konstanter Therapiedosis
wie unter anderen Opiaten/Opioiden ein
KFZ führen. Innerhalb des Schengenraums sollte ein
Opioidausweis mitgeführt werden, außerhalb eine
Notwendigkeitsbescheinigung des Gesundheitsamtes
nach Artikel 75 des Schengener Abkommens.
