Herzog Architekten schaut über die neuen Pläne
des Apartmenthauses Alma. Es steht am westlichen
Rand von Andermatt Reuss mit einer herrlichen
Aussicht in Richtung Bäzberg und auf den Fluss
Reuss. Von aussen spricht das Haus eine klare und
präzise Sprache. Dunkles und überlappendes
Fassadenholz tailliert das Gebäude in der Höhe.
Innen dominiert ebenfalls dunkles Holz, kombiniert
mit einem natürlichen Lehmputz. «Der Reichtum
des Hauses zeigt sich im präzisen Fügen und
Kombinieren von hochwertigen und natürlichen
Materialien sowie im hohen Ausbaustandard.
Der Wohnraum ist mit einem Kamin und grossen
Panoramafenstern ausgestattet. So wird auch die
Aussicht ein Teil des Wohngefühls.» Das besondere
Etwas im Hauptschlafzimmer ist der offene Raum
mit dem wohnlichen Badezimmer und der freistehenden
Badewanne. Die selbstverständliche
Materialkombination lässt den Bewohnern viel
Spielraum für Kreativität. Wer sich nach einem
aktiven Tag in den Bergen erholen will, benutzt im
Erdgeschoss die Sauna oder trifft sich für die
gesellige Unterhaltung mit Nachbarn in der gemütlichen
Lobby im Eingangsbereich.

Apartmenthaus Frame
Das Apartmenthaus Frame wird vom Architekturbüro
OOS realisiert. «Wir sprechen mit dem Haus
Frame eine junge Generation an. Die einzelnen
Einheiten sind klein und sternförmig um das
zentrale Treppenhaus anlegt. So hat jede Wohnung
ein Optimum an Tageslicht.» Gonçalo Manteigas,
Partner bei OOS und diplomierter Architekt, erläutert
zusammen mit Architekt Raf Dauwe das Konzept:

Herzog Architekten looks over the new plans
for Apartment House Alma. It is located on the
western edge of Andermatt Reuss, offering
magnificent views of the Bäzberg and the
Reuss River. The building exterior speaks a
clear and precise language. The dark, overlapping
wood cladding of the façade contours the
building as it rises. The dark wood also carries
over into the interior, where it plays against
natural clay plaster. “The nobility of the
building is expressed in the precise detailing,
the combination of high-quality and natural
materials, and the high fit-out standard.
The living room features a fireplace and large
picture windows that make the view part of
the living experience.” The special something
in the master bedroom is the open space and
the comfortable bathroom with free-standing
bathtub. The harmonious combination of
materials gives the residents plenty of freedom
for creativity. Those who want to relax
after a day of activity in the mountains can
use the sauna on the ground floor or sit
together with neighbours in the comfortable
lobby at the entrance area.
