Wir haben verschiedene Destinationen angeschaut.<br />
Wir lieben die Berge, und die Erreichbarkeit<br />
von Andermatt ist definitiv ein riesiges<br />
Plus. Dann war uns wichtig, dass wir in eine total<br />
andere Welt eintauchen können. Und uns gefällt<br />
die Idee, Teil zu sein von einem Dorf wie Andermatt,<br />
das eine unvergleichlich innovative<br />
Entwicklung durchlebt – die moderne Infrastruktur,<br />
die Kombination von Neuem und Altem.<br />
Ein Grossteil der Wohnungen ist verkauft.<br />
Spürt man, dass hier ein Quartier entsteht?<br />
Ja klar, unter Nachbarn tauscht man sich aus<br />
und trifft sich. Durch die Eigentümer-Anlässe<br />
lernen wir immer neue Leute kennen, die man<br />
auf dem Dorfplatz, auf der Skipiste oder beim<br />
Brotkaufen wiedersieht. Es ist toll, zu diesem<br />

Is home ownership attractive for young people?<br />
Absolutely! An apartment in Andermatt gives<br />
us the flexibility to pursue our hobbies in the<br />
mountains any time we want. A short trip here on<br />
Friday evening is one of the best things you can<br />
do after a hard week's work. And all our things<br />
are always at hand here, so we never have to<br />
spend much time packing.<br />
Why did you choose Andermatt?<br />
We looked at different destinations. We love the<br />
mountains, and the accessibility of Andermatt<br />
is definitely a huge plus. It was also important for<br />
us to be able to immerse ourselves in a totally<br />
different world. And we like the idea of being<br />
part of a village like Andermatt, which is experiencing<br />
incomparably innovative development –<br />
with the modern infrastructure and the combination<br />
of new and old.<br />
Most of the apartments have already been sold.<br />
Can you feel that a new neighbourhood is being<br />
created here?<br />
Yes, of course. Neighbours get together and<br />
everyone enjoys the interaction. We always<br />
meet new people at the owner events, and you<br />
see them again in the village square, on the ski<br />
slopes or at the baker’s. It’s great to be a part<br />
of this new neighbourhood with the many opportunities<br />
it offers.<br />
