choose from an array of facial remedies ranging from a simple<br />
spa facial ranging all the way up to LED light therapy and skin<br />
needling. Skins peels are a fantastic alternative and at Nourish<br />
you have 7 unique versions to choose from. You can also<br />
get a dry body brushing treatment or choose aromatic<br />
body scrubs to rejuvenate your skin. For something a<br />
little different we recommend trying Intense Pulsed<br />
Light (IPL) skin rejuvenation therapy.<br />
Massages<br />
In terms of massages, you can choose from Deep Tissue, Swedish<br />
Relaxation, and Prenatal as well as a unique treatment called <strong>Spa</strong> Rituals,<br />
for which there are four exceptional options to choose from. A <strong>Spa</strong> Ritual is<br />
a truly immersive experience that uses a combination of treatments design<br />
to help find serenity and inner balance. Of the four available our favourite<br />
has to be the Nourish journey that starts with a herbal tea and foot soak,<br />
followed an exfoliating scrub, relaxing massage and rejuvenating facial<br />

Beauty and Hair Removal Treatments<br />
Beauty treatments remain extremely popular at Nourish <strong>Spa</strong>, these include<br />
manicures and pedicures, eye lash touch up, and spray tanning using<br />
Tuscan Tan. Hair removal options are waxing, body sugaring, and Intense<br />
Pulsating Light (IPL) permanent hair reduction.<br />
