5-Way Resistive Power Divider
Model 151-170-005 is a 50-Ohm,
5-way power divider. The unit
has an average power rating
of 1-Watt with 1.3 maximum
SWR. The insertion loss above
theoretical loss is +/-0.75 dB
maximum, amplitude tracking is
+/-0.3 dB maximum, the operating
temperature range is 0 to 70
°C, and RF connectors are SMA
female. BroadWave Technologies
manufactures a wide variety
of resistive power dividers
in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8-way configurations.
Available connector
types are BNC, N, SMA, TNC
or mixed connector types for
unique applications. Average
power is up to 10 W for standard
units and many models
are in stock.
“New” Standard for L Band,
GaN-SiC HEMT
Ampleon showcased the latest
solutions and innovative products
in GaN and LDMOS technologies.
A key highlight is the
brand new CLL3H0914L-700
GaN-SiC HEMT. This rugged
GaN transistor is optimised for
radar implementations where
long pulse width and high-duty
cycles are required. The transistor
was engineered to achieve
over 700 W of peak output power
from a single transistor while
operating at a voltage of 50 V
with industry-leading efficiency
of over 70% as well as designed
thermally for long pulse applications,
such as pulse widths (~2
ms) and 20% duty cycles.
These L Band GaN HEMT superior
performance capabilities
are demonstrated in a variety
of application reference designs
shown at the booth – including
ones for defence/aerospace
bands (960-1250 and 1030-1090
MHz), plus an L band ground
base radar (1200-1400 MHz).
This high-power density and
low-thermal resistance HEMT
is now in full volume production.
Units are available directly
from Ampleon or authorised distribution
partners, RFMW and
Digi-Key. Large signal models
in ADS and MWO can be sourced
via the Ampleon website.
Sector Antennas with WiFi 6E
Support
KP Performance Antennas, an
Infinite Electronics brand and
a manufacturer of wireless network
antennas, has introduced
a new line of 6 GHz, WiFi
6E capable sector antennas for
indoor and outdoor applications
such as large arenas and
stadiums.
VHF/UHF Dipole,
Collinear and Yagi
Antennas
KP Performance Antennas, an Infinite Electronics
brand and a manufacturer of wireless
network antennas, introduced a new series of
VHF/UHF dipole, collinear and Yagi antennas
for land mobile radio (LMR), public safety,
military communications, trunking and amateur
radio applications. KP’s innovative series
of VHF/UHF exposed dipole arrays, omnidirectional
collinear and Yagi antennas cover frequencies
of 135 MHz to 512 MHz and feature
high-power handling of over 200 W.
The rugged outdoor designs of these VHF/UHF
antennas ensure high performance in all environmental
conditions. The individual folded
and straight dipole antennas allow for minimal
storage and efficient transportation. KP
also offers pre-configured dipole arrays with
internalized cabling, making for quick and
KP’s new WiFi 6E sector antennas
offer high performance and
throughput while supporting frequencies
from 2.3 to 7.2 GHz.
They feature 17 dBi to 20 dBi
gain, 65-degree and 90-degree
coverage and 2x2 MIMO port
options for increased speed, versatile
coverage, and less interference.
These new sector antennas ship
with universal radio brackets for
easy installation and are shorter
than 40 inches, adhering to universal
zoning compliance. They
also feature Type-N connectors,
1200 MHz of extra bandwidth
availability, and dual slant
+/-45-degree polarization.
Using these sector antennas with
the extra 1200 MHz available in
the 6 GHz WiFi 6E band allows
users to reach speeds up to 1 to
2 Gbps. The antennas work on
2.4 and 5 GHz networks available
today and allow future-proof
network capabilities without a
need for antenna changes.
KP Performance Antennas’ new
WiFi 6E sector antennas are instock
and available for same-day
shipping. For product inquiries,
