Ein wesentliches Design-Kriterium des PROCAP / WELD war der Schweißerschutz. Er
wurde dank des dualen Visiersystems mit Gleitschiene nahtlos in den PROCAP
integriert. Damit kann der Träger sowohl den Gesichtsschutzschild als auch den
optionalen Schweißerschutzschirm problemlos einzeln hochklappen und erreicht damit
ein höchstmaß an Flexibilität. Der PROCAP / WELD zeichnet sich durch ein 90 x 110 mm
großes Hochklappfenster aus, in das Schweißerfilter in unterschiedlichen Schutzstufen
eingesetzt werden können.
Welding protection has been a vital design criteria for the PROCAP / WELD from inception. Seamless
integration is due to the dual visor-glide system. This unique system allows the user to smoothly retract
both the face protection shield and the welding shield individually for a maximum flexibility. PROCAP /
WELD features a large 90 x 110 mm flip-up welding visor into which the different shades can be inserted.
La protection soudure a éte dès le départ un critère de conception prioritaire pour le PROCAP / WELD,
et son intégration est sans couture grâce à un système de glissement d'oculaire breveté unique en son
genre. Ce dernier permet à l'untilisateur de rétracter individuellement la visière de protection faciale et
l'écran de soudage, donnant ainsi au casque un flexibilité maximale. Le PROCAP / WELD soudure est
doté d'un grand écran de soudage rabattable de 110 x 90 mm, dans lequel s'insèrent des lentilles de
soudure de différentes teintes.
