For the most direct access to <strong>Frankfurt</strong>’s Municipal Administration<br />
Offices, simply use the City of <strong>Frankfurt</strong> <strong>am</strong> <strong>Main</strong>’s service helpline. Just<br />
dial 115 (No prefix necessary, call charges: 7 cents per minute from German<br />
landlines, mobile phone charges vary).<br />
The staff of the Service Centre 115 will be happy to answer the majority<br />
of your questions straight away or otherwise connect you with the<br />
appropriate department or office.<br />
