The average refugee in Kenya, Lncluding the Ugandan<br />
refugee, arrives in generally'good health and with relatively<br />
few nutritional problems or demands. Food, medical assis<br />
tance, and personal care materials are all available at a<br />
cost in Kenya, so life maintenance becomes a matter of sub<br />
