FLC Messages and Reports 2011 - Fellowship of the Least Coin

THE MIDDLE EAST COUNCIL OF CHURCHES
Another year has passed and it’s a real pleasure to report to you again about
God’s love and grace which fill our lives and our service to the Lord.
It was a real pleasure for me to have contact with the churches and leaders in
Palestine and Nazareth and to make FLC known to them. While representing
ICFLC during the General Assembly of Fellowship of the Middle East
Evangelical (Protestant) Churches many were introduced to Fellowship of the
Least Coin.
Women have continued having their prayers and putting their least coins
aside especially in Lebanon, Syria and Egypt. I had the chance to introduce
FLC also to leaders from Iraq and hopefully we’ll have a project from Iraq. The
Middle East Council of Churches is still in financial crisis and is struggling
for its survival. Church leaders are working on the renewal and revival of the
council.
May the light of FLC continue to reach many and may we continue to be
faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
Let’s continue to pray for each other and for peace, justice and
reconciliation.
