12 WebEx to Adobe Connect 8 Transition Guide Managing a web meeting Navigating within a meeting room 1. Log on to your Meeting Center, Training Center, or Event Center website. 2. Click the My WebEx tab to view your previously scheduled meetings. 3. Click Start Now to go to your meeting room. 4. Once in the meeting room, you will see panels on the side of the page. You can view participants and use the chat window. Other panels are available by clicking icons above the Participants list such as Video and Notes. The panels can be undocked, resized, and moved around the screen. 5. A menu bar across the top gives you access to features such as document, screen, whiteboard, and application sharing, as well as control over the options and permissions of an action, such as recording. 6. Viewing icons at the bottom left allow you to switch all participants to full-screen mode or resize your display once a document such as a PowerPoint presentation has been loaded into the session. 7. In full-screen mode, a separate menu appears at the bottom right to allow access to panels such as the Attendee List and Chat.
Managing a web meeting Navigating within a meeting room If you are an invited attendee and you are responding to an email invitation to join an Adobe Connect session, after clicking the email link you will be directed to a login screen where you will enter your name and then click Enter room. Attendee login However, if you are a host, you have several choices: • Hosts may use the email link, select the Enter with your Login and Password radio button and then click Enter room.
