Local and regional policy makers, Government officials, elected representatives, local NGOs, GS regional representative and public in general attended the meeting. No one from Indian and international NGOs and GS supporter NGOs attended the meeting even though we have invited many of them. As the distance form Yadgir and Gulbarga districts to the meeting venue is long a few representatives were attended from those districts. The meeting was scheduled at 11 AM. As one of the high level state official is reviewing the development in the district on the same day the PP is forced to postpone the meeting until 3 PM to ensure the attendance of the government officials belongs to many of the departments. This time change has been announced to the public in the form of advertisement in the local news paper one day in advance. SKG Sangha personnel were stationed at the venue to guide the people who came to attend the meeting without knowing the postponement. Many of the people who had come at 11 am came back to attend the meeting at 3pm. The original participants’ list scan copies were provided in Annex 1. ii.
