DESCRPTION OF THE DESIGN OF THE STAKEHOLDER FEEDBACK ROUND [See Toolkit 2.11] The stake holder feedback round will be carried out with all categories of stake holders. The finalized LSC report and Passport hard copies will be sent to category A and B stake holders in person and get the feedback from them. A public notice will be pasted in Gram Panchayath offices asking the public in general to see the Passport and LSC reports available in the Gram Panchayath offices and to pass comments on the prescribed form available along with the documents. These feedback forms will be collected by SKG Sangha personnel. Public in general also can send their feedback by post. For the category D and E the Passport and LSC report or its link will be sent by Email requesting their feedback. For category F: GS supporting NGOs and international NGOs an Email with Passport and LSC report attachment or its link will be sent with a request to send their feedback.
