We are a small family owned business. Our elk are raised<br />
on the rolling hills of North Central Missouri where they<br />
free range on alfalfa, native prairie grasses and<br />
supplemented with premium grains. Our animals do NOT<br />
receive any growth hormones, chemicals or antibiotics<br />
other than those required by the government. We closely<br />
monitor the health of our elk so they produce the best<br />
qualityof meat.<br />
Due to the sound management practices, our herd has<br />
remain disease free since inception. We believe that our<br />
meticulous animal husbandry and handling practices<br />
results in not only safer, but more flavorful meat.<br />
