Mill of Benholm<br />
This is a 400 year old work<strong>in</strong>g waterwheel oatmeal mill.<br />
Interpretation boards across the site expla<strong>in</strong> the mill<strong>in</strong>g<br />
process. Visitors can explore the site <strong>and</strong> gardens, watch the<br />
waterhens on the millpond <strong>and</strong> enjoy home bak<strong>in</strong>g on the<br />
riverside patio <strong>out</strong>side the museum <strong>and</strong> tearoom.<br />
