1 ཡ་ད་ཞང་མཛ་གི་ང་ཞིག་ནས། ིར་ཡིན་་ན་མཛ་་རིང་ཟིག་ཁྱོད་འལ་དང་ན་ལ་ཁ་
བ་རེ་བ་ཡོད་སོ། ས་་སེར་་མེད་སོ་ཡིན 2 ད་རེ་རེ་ཅིག་གི་མ་འཛམས་ཟིག 3 དེ་ཡིན་ན་
འདི་ནས་གདན་དཀར་ཟིག ོར་མོ་་བ། ཇ་ནག་གཉིས ཁ་བཏགས་ཟིག་ཡོད་གི དེ་
ཚས་ཁྱོད་ཞང་མཛ་ཟིག་ཉོ་བ་མིན་གས་སེམས་མ་ཅིག་འཛིན་དགོས་ཟེར་་རེད།
1 Well, as a zhang mdzo, generally, a mdzo with long horns
should be offered to you out of generosity. 2 (However,) we
lack resources at this time. 3 Therefore, here are a piece of
white felt, 500 RMB, two tea bricks, <strong>and</strong> one kha btags; I
hope this will satisfy you as (a replacement for) a zhang
mdzo.

1ཁྱོད་གཉིས་གིས་ཞང་མཛ་གི་ང་ཞིག་ནས་འདི་ས་འལ་ཡོད་གི་ར། འདི་གིས་ཞང་མཛ་
2 ཟིག་ཉོ་མི་བ་གི འདི་མོ་ཙམ་ཟིག་གིས་ཉོ་བ་མིན་ཁྱོད་གཉིས་གི་ར་ཡང་བར་ཞིབ་
འདང་ོབ་ཟེར་ནོ།
1 The two of you offered this amount (of gifts) as a substitute
for a zhang mdzo, but such an amount is not enough to buy
a zhang mdzo. 2 Please reconsider whether or not such an
amount is enough to buy (a zhang mdzo).
