1 2 ད་ཡང་ཞང་མཛ་གི་ང་ཞིག་ནས། ད་ཁྱོད་ངོ་མ་མཛ་ཟིག་ེརདགོས་ནི་རེད་་ར། ད་ངོ་
མ་ཅིག་མ་འཛམས་ཟིག 3དེ་ཡིན་ན་འདི་ནས་ཡང་གདན་དཀར་ཟིག ོར་ཉིས་བ། ཇ་
4 ནག་གཉིས། ཁ་བཏགས་གཉིས་ཡོད་གི ད་ཐེངས་ཁྱོས་མཛ་ཟིག་ཉོ་བ་མིན་གས་
སེམས་མ་ཅིག་འཛིན་དགོས་གི་ཟེར་་རེད།
1 Well, as a zhang mdzo, 2 you should be definitely offered a
mdzo, but (we) lack the resources. 3 Therefore, again here are
another piece of white felt, 200 RMB, two tea bricks, <strong>and</strong>
two kha btags (for you). 4 I hope this will satisfy you as (a
replacement for) a zhang mdzo.
Dngos grul replied:
1 ཁྱོད་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་རབ་དང་རིམ་པའི་བད་དང་ནོ། ང་ར་ཞང་མཛ་གི་ང་ཞིག་ནས་
དགའ་དང་ནི་ཡིན།
1 The two of you showed your appreciation again <strong>and</strong> again.
Therefore, I am happy with the substitute for a zhang
mdzo. 82
Pag mo tshe ring <strong>and</strong> 'jam dbyangs dpal ldan brought
two more pieces of white felt, 300 RMB, two tea bricks, <strong>and</strong>
two kha btags. Pag mo tshe ring said:
1 ད་ཡང་ཞང་ག་གི་ང་ཞིག་ནས། ིར་ཡིན་་ན་ག་ངོ་མ་ཟིག་ཁྱོད་འལ་དང་ན་ར་རེ་
བ་ཡོད་སོ། སེར་་མེད་སོ་ཡིན་ནི་རེད་་ར། ད་ངོ་མ་ཅིག་མ་འཛམས་ཟིག 2 དེ་ཡིན་ན་
འདི་ནས་གདན་དཀར་གཉིས། ོར་མ་བ། ཇ་ནག་གཉིས། ཁ་བཏགས་ཟིག་ཡོད་གི
3 ེང་འདི་ནས་ད་ཁྱོས་ཞང་ག་ཟིག་ཉོ་བ་མིན་གས་སེམས་མ་ཅིག་འཛིན་དགོས་གི་
ཟེར་་རེད།
1 Again as a zhang lug, a sheep should definitely be offered to
you out of generosity, but (we) lack resources at this time.
2 Therefore, here are two pieces of white felt, 300 RMB, two
tea bricks, <strong>and</strong> one kha btags (for you) 3 I hope that these
will satisfy you as (a replacement for) a zhang lug.
