14. As women shared in gospel privileges such as personal salvation, healing miracles, prayer,
and receiving the power from on high so they shared in the hardships and persecution of the
gospel.
Acts 8:3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling
men and women committed them to prison.
Acts 22:4 And I [as Saul of Tarsus] persecuted this way unto the death, binding and
delivering into prisons both men and women.
15. Despite the threat of suffering women continued to come to Christ for salvation.
Acts 8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of
God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
Acts 9:2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any

16. The apostles were not opposed to ministering exclusively to women if the opportunity arose.

17. God honors specialized ministry to women.
Acts 17:4 And some of them believed, and consorted with Paul and Silas; and of the
devout Greeks a great multitude, and of the chief women not a few.
18. The gospel saves women of all ages and nationalities.
Acts 17:12 Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were
Greeks, and of men, not a few.
19. Some women can and do commit the most vile of offenses towards God including the sin of
lesbianism.
