Further to the meeting held at the Hilton
House Hotel on March 23rd, Mr John Parker
asked whether or not I would be prepared to
carry on for another year as AC and after giving
it some thought, I decided after all the support
I received from the members at the meeting, I
would continue for another year

Spring drives have been well supported this
year and we have been blessed with good
weather. By the time you read this we shall
have completed a hectic few weeks in June and
July with a Fun Day, Barbeque, Rally and our
Show. The Rally on June 26th was postponed
from 31st May in order not to clash with the
Somerset Show.
We are looking forward to our second ever
TREC on 9th August and there are plans afoot
to visit a Wheelwright and Tannery in October
which will be something quite new.

Midlands Driving Trials Group Events

Lunch which will be on 13th December
preceded by a one hour Open Meeting for
members to ask questions on anything from
finances to fixtures and make suggestions or put
forward ideas for next year.

only on the Saturday, but not the obstacles at
