principalities. We can cast out demons, but<br />
we must wrestle against principalities (see<br />
Ephesians 6:12). Wrestling is <strong>the</strong> closest<br />
form of combat, and it is one in which we<br />
seek to displace our foe. Principalities will<br />
not flee just because we command <strong>the</strong>m to.<br />
We must push <strong>the</strong>m out by walking in <strong>the</strong><br />
light that exposes <strong>the</strong>m. Truth, spoken by<br />
<strong>the</strong> anointing, is <strong>the</strong> most powerful weapon<br />
<strong>the</strong>re is, and we have been entrusted with it.<br />
Our goal for being free from <strong>the</strong> spirit<br />
of poverty is not just to have things that we<br />
need or want, but that we can do <strong>the</strong> will of<br />
God without hindrance from ei<strong>the</strong>r physical<br />
or spiritual depravity. When <strong>the</strong> world<br />
witnesses our freedom, it will start asking for<br />
<strong>the</strong> answers that we have. When we are free<br />
from <strong>the</strong> yoke of <strong>the</strong> spirit of poverty, our<br />
freedom will be manifested in <strong>the</strong> natural as<br />
well as <strong>the</strong> spiritual. <strong>Spirit</strong>ual authority will<br />
always have dominion in <strong>the</strong> natural realm as<br />
well, just as <strong>the</strong> Lord’s spiritual authority was<br />
manifested by His healing <strong>the</strong> sick, raising <strong>the</strong><br />
dead, and even multiplying food.<br />
One evidence that we have been truly<br />
freed from <strong>the</strong> yoke of <strong>the</strong> spirit of poverty<br />
is financial independence. Financial independence<br />
does not necessarily mean that we are<br />
