Sword Saint
“Battle is righteous.”
A sword saint is a type of paladin who channels
divine power into a holy blade.
Sword saints usually do not refer to
themselves as such, but typically call
themselves paladins. Only the most
powerful (usually level 7+) members
of the class ever dare to use the title
“sword saint”.
Design Notes: This class is
primarily for paladins who do not like
casting spells. Some paladin
players just like to fight, and this
class gives them the opportunity to
be very good at it without taking
levels of fighter.
