2. Fleet Management Services
VEMA’s Fleet Management Services is a complex network of services and systems
that deliver an integrated fl eet management model. Whether you lease from VEMA
or own your vehicles, our Fleet Management Services will save you money, time, and
keep your vehicles operating at maximum effi ciency.
All administrative details and decisions made about your vehicles are captured and
available in Keys, our management system. This gives you all the information you
need to make effective decisions about your vehicles.
Our package of Fleet Management Services includes:
Information Management
The core of our Fleet Management Services is Keys – our customized, fl eet
management system, designed with our customers in mind.
Keys is a centralized database of information that allows us to record and report
on every aspect of your vehicle’s life cycle. Whether your vehicle is in the process of
being ordered from the manufacturer, going in for its 29th oil change, or heading off
to auction, Keys knows about it.
Most importantly, if we capture the data, we can report on it. We provide you with this
data to help you identify under and over-utilized vehicles, as well as gain valuable
information to help with future projections.
FuelCard
Drivers use a VEMA FuelCard to fi ll up their vehicles and purchase minor operating
supplies. Since all of these bills are sent to VEMA, drivers don’t need to fi le or submit
fuel receipts to VEMA.
Using the VEMA FuelCard allows us to monitor fuel consumption by vehicle and by
fl eet. It reduces the number of bills you receive and gives you access to bulk fuel
discounts. The FuelCard is accepted at major fuel companies across Canada.
