3. Special accessories or options
New Vehicles
Determine whether your new vehicles require special accessories or options.
Indicate if you want items added to your vehicle directly on your New Vehicle
Request Form. Accessories such as survival kits, extension cords, fl oor mats,
and VEMA-installed options like light bars and decaling can be added before
your driver arrives to pick up the vehicle.
4. VEMA sends you an estimate of the monthly rental rates
Once we receive our prices from the manufacturers, we’ll get back to you with
rates and vehicle specifi cs in the form of an Agreement Authorization. If you
decide you want the vehicle, simply sign this form and fax it to VEMA. Your
signed Agreement Authorization is your commitment to renting the vehicle for
the term specifi ed. Orders are then submitted to the manufacturers.
5. Vehicles arrive at VEMA
Typically vehicles start to arrive two to four months after our order is placed.
When your vehicle arrives, we’ll inspect the vehicle and install any accessories
or VEMA-installed options you indicated on your form. We’ll call you to arrange
a pick-up date and insure the vehicle with MPI.
6. Sign the lease
We’ll send your organization’s Vehicle Coordinator two lease agreements after
the vehicle has been picked up. Please sign both copies and return them to
VEMA. We’ll sign both agreements and return one copy to you for your records.
