During any PM Service, all body damage should be reported to
VEMA immediately
Change engine oil & fi lter
Clean interior & exterior if requested (wash & vacuum)
Check exhaust - visual
Check air fi lter - replace if required
Visually inspect & adjust tire pressure to specifi cations
Check steering & suspension - visual
Check horn, windshield wipers and lights for proper operation
Inspect belts, hoses, battery terminals, fl uid levels, heater controls, and advise
if service is required
Lube all locks, latches and hinges (door, hood & trunk)
Check CV boots - visual if applicable
Inspect all brakes (remove wheels)
Rotate tires if required
Repack front or rear wheel bearings
Replace fuel fi lter and service PCV system
Road test
Tune-up: Replace spark plugs (if necessary), service emission system, inspect &
replace ignition system components as necessary. Include scan for service codes.
Automatic transmission tune-up: change fi lter and fl uid
Check front suspension & steering components: align wheels & aim headlights
if required

Service front hubs
Change differential fl uid & transfer case fl uid
