(xi) One Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($180,320)<br />
for Lot 12 <strong>of</strong> Tract No. 17291; and<br />
(xii) One Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($180,320)<br />
for Lot 13 <strong>of</strong> Tract No. 17291.<br />
“Basic Concept Drawings” means the plans and drawings to be submitted by Developer<br />
and approved by Agency, as set forth in Section 402.1 <strong>of</strong> this Agreement.<br />
“Building Permit Drawings” means the plans and drawings required by the <strong>City</strong> for the<br />
issuance <strong>of</strong> building permits for the construction <strong>of</strong> the Developer Improvements.<br />
“Certificate <strong>of</strong> Occupancy” means the final certificate <strong>of</strong> occupancy issued by the <strong>City</strong><br />
for the construction <strong>of</strong> the Developer Improvements.<br />
“<strong>City</strong>” means the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Anaheim</strong>, a California municipal corporation and charter city.<br />
“Closings” is defined in Section 304.10 <strong>of</strong> this Agreement.<br />
“Closing Dates” means those dates set forth in the Projected Closing Schedule.<br />
“Community Redevelopment Law” is codified as California Health and Safety Code<br />
Section 33000 et seq..<br />
“Condition <strong>of</strong> Title” is defined in Section 304.5 <strong>of</strong> this Agreement.<br />
“Conditions Precedent to Closing” means the Agency’s Conditions Precedent to<br />
Closing and Developer’s Conditions Precedent to Closing.<br />
“Conditions Precedent to Closing Initial Sales” means the conditions precedent set<br />
forth in Section 504.1 <strong>of</strong> this Agreement.<br />
“Conveyances” is defined in Section 301 <strong>of</strong> this Agreement.<br />
